계정·데이터 삭제 요청 이메일 작성. 이메일 제목에 ‘끼기긱 계정·데이터 삭제 요청’을 적고 로그인 방식, 서비스 계정 ID 또는 닉네임 등 확인 가능한 최소 정보와 요청 범위(계정 전체 또는 특정 데이터)를 알려 주세요. 비밀번호, 인증 토큰, 신분증은 보내지 마세요. 담당자가 계정 확인 및 처리 절차를 안내합니다. 계정을 삭제하지 않고 특정 기록·영상 등의 삭제만 요청할 수도 있습니다.
계정에 연결된 식별정보와 개인 GPS·랩 기록, 차량·정비 정보, 게시물·댓글 및 영상·푸시 등록정보를 삭제·제거하는 처리를 진행합니다. 다른 이용자의 기록에 필요한 공유 코스는 식별정보·제목·설명을 제거한 후 최소 코스 정보가 남을 수 있습니다. 이벤트 수령 정보는 배송 완료 후 90일까지, 운영 백업은 최대 30일까지 보관될 수 있습니다. 외부 SDK 데이터 및 법령상 필요한 보관은 별도로 적용됩니다. 자세한 범위는 개인정보처리방침과 처리 결과 안내를 확인해 주세요. 기기 갤러리 영상은 기기에서 별도로 관리합니다.
Operator: Daero. In the app, sign in and open Profile → Delete Account, review the scope and retention exceptions, then confirm. The app clears login information after the server confirms successful processing. If an error appears, retry or contact us.
Without the app, email cs@daero.xyz to request deletion. Include your sign-in method, account ID or nickname, and whether you want your whole account or specific data deleted. Do not send passwords, tokens or identity documents. We will verify ownership using the minimum necessary information and explain the process.
Deletion covers account identifiers, personal GPS/lap records, garage/maintenance data, posts/comments, videos and push registrations. De-identified shared course information needed by other users can remain. Prize delivery information may remain until 90 days after delivery; operational backups expire within 30 days. External SDK retention and any required legal retention are separate. Device gallery originals are managed separately. See the privacy policy for details.
