운영자 대로(이하 ‘회사’)는 GPS 기반 코스·랩 기록, 차량 관리, 커뮤니티 및 인캠 서비스를 제공합니다. 이 방침은 끼기긱 앱과 관련 서버의 개인정보 처리에 적용됩니다. 개정 공고일: 2026년 10월 23일. 개인정보 수집·전송 내용의 고지 보완과 삭제 절차 개선을 반영합니다.
촬영만으로 인캠 영상이 서버에 자동 업로드되지는 않습니다. 영상 공개 기능을 제공하는 경우 사용자가 공개 안내를 확인하고 직접 공개를 선택할 때 영상·포함된 음성과 연결된 랩 정보가 전송됩니다.

분석 이벤트·사용자 속성에는 서비스 계정 ID와 닉네임이 포함될 수 있습니다. 오류 진단에는 분석 이벤트의 맥락이 포함될 수 있으므로 이를 일괄적으로 익명 정보라고 취급하지 않습니다. SDK에서 전송되는 항목은 플랫폼·권한·동의 상태 및 설정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
카메라는 인캠 촬영, 마이크는 허용된 경우 음성 녹음, 사진 접근은 기기 갤러리 저장, 위치 권한은 위치 기반 기록에 사용합니다. 권한을 거부하면 해당 기능이 제한될 수 있으며 OS 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 스프린트의 위치 공유 대상과 저장 경로는 시작 전 별도 안내합니다.
공개한 영상은 친구로 한정되지 않고 다른 로그인 이용자의 피드에 표시될 수 있습니다. 영상 저장소는 비공개이지만 재생을 위해 발급되는 서명 URL은 만료 전까지 URL을 가진 사람이 재생할 수 있습니다. 영상에 포함된 얼굴·번호판·대화·위치 및 다른 사람의 개인정보를 공개 전에 확인해 주세요. 공개 취소로 이미 시청자가 별도로 저장한 사본까지 회수되는 것은 아닙니다.
자체 서비스 데이터와 외부 서비스가 독립적으로 관리하는 SDK 데이터의 보유 기간은 다릅니다. Firebase Crashlytics의 오류·식별정보는 공급자의 공개 기준상 90일 보관 후 삭제 절차가 시작됩니다. Firebase 설치 식별자, Analytics 및 광고·지도 요청 정보는 해당 공급자의 보유 기준과 실제 서비스 설정에 따라 처리되며, 아래 공급자 정책을 확인할 수 있습니다. 문의 시 회사가 처리할 수 있는 삭제 범위를 안내합니다.

각 외부 서비스는 위 기능 제공을 위해 네트워크로 정보를 처리합니다. 외부 서비스가 필요하지 않은 선택 기능을 사용하지 않거나 권한·동의를 변경할 수 있으나 해당 기능 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 국외 처리 및 위탁에 관한 문의·권리 행사는 회사 담당자에게 요청할 수 있습니다. 이벤트의 실제 배송 업체와 추가 제공 사항은 수령 정보 제출 화면에서 해당 이벤트에 맞춰 별도 안내합니다.
앱과 OS 설정에서 알림·위치·카메라·마이크·사진 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 광고 동의 안내 및 제공되는 광고 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있고 iOS 추적 권한은 OS 설정에서 관리합니다. 비개인화 광고를 요청하더라도 광고 제공·부정 이용 방지 등에 필요한 처리가 모두 없어지는 것은 아닙니다. 회사는 전송 암호화, 접근 권한 제한, 배송 정보 암호화 및 관리자 조회 감사 등의 조치를 적용합니다.
만 14세 미만 이용자의 회원가입은 받지 않습니다. 관련 정보가 처리된 것으로 판단되면 담당자에게 알려 주세요. 회사는 확인 후 필요한 보호·삭제 조치를 처리합니다.

앱 및 웹에서 계정·데이터 삭제를 요청하는 방법을 확인할 수 있습니다. 요청 처리에 필요한 최소한의 계정 확인을 진행할 수 있으며 비밀번호나 인증 토큰을 이메일로 보내지 마세요. 개인정보 침해 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972)에 문의할 수 있습니다.
개인정보 처리의 실질적 변경은 기존 고지 기준에 따라 최소 7일 전에, 이용자 권리·의무에 중요한 변경은 최소 30일 전에 앱 또는 웹으로 공지합니다. 이번 고지 보완은 기존 수집 내용과 삭제 개선을 설명하며 새로운 선택적 영상 전송은 이용자가 기능별 안내를 확인하고 공개를 선택한 경우에만 시작합니다.
Daero operates Screech (끼기긱), a GPS lap recording, garage, community, and in-car video app. This notice was updated on October 23, 2026 to explain actual processing and improved deletion procedures.
Signing in processes your account ID, nickname, friend code, social-provider identifiers and email when supplied. Location-based recording processes precise coordinates, times, accuracy, altitude, heading, speed, courses, sectors and lap records for timing, routes, rankings and sharing. Sprint location sharing is explained separately before starting. Garage and community features process vehicle specifications, modifications, maintenance notes, posts, comments, likes and friend relationships.
Recording a video alone does not upload it. When video publication is available and you explicitly confirm publication, the video, included audio and associated lap/file/timing information are sent to our server and Azure for conversion and playback. Other signed-in users may see a published video in their feed; visibility is not restricted to friends. Anyone holding an issued playback URL can use it until it expires. Check for other people's faces, conversations, plates and locations before publishing. Unpublishing cannot retrieve copies already saved by viewers.
Prize delivery collects the recipient's name, telephone number, postal code and address, award information and consent version. Delivery information is encrypted; authorized staff can decrypt it for delivery, with audited access. Notifications associate a push token, platform and language with your account. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Google Mobile Ads process installation/device identifiers, IP information, usage and advertising interactions, diagnostics and errors. Analytics properties and events may include your account ID and nickname; diagnostic breadcrumbs can contain these events. These are not all anonymous data.
We retain account, GPS/lap, garage, community and published video data while you use the service and process requests to delete the relevant data or account. Use Profile → Delete Account in the app. We do not show deletion as completed before the server confirms success. Shared course geometry needed for other users' records can remain after removing the creator's identifying information, title and description. Prize delivery details are retained until 90 days after delivery; information still needed within that period or for an outstanding delivery can be retained as an exception.
Operational backups expire within 30 days. Deleted data may temporarily remain in those backups, and deletions must be reapplied when restoring. Unpublishing or deleting the lap requests deletion of source, converted video and poster files. Remote source files can also be deleted after successful conversion or exhausted retries. Your device gallery original is managed separately. Required legal retention, secure deletion processing, and minimal audit records can differ from ordinary service records.
External SDK retention is separate from our operational backups. Firebase's published policy provides a 90-day retention period for Crashlytics crash traces and associated identifiers before removal starts. Installation identifiers, analytics, advertising and map data follow the provider's retention rules and actual service settings. Contact us to understand or request deletion of data within our control.
Microsoft Azure stores and serves media in Korea Central. Google Firebase/FCM processes installation IDs, tokens, usage events and errors for notifications, analytics and diagnostics on Google's global infrastructure, including the US. AdMob processes IP-derived approximate location, device/advertising identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for advertising and measurement on Google's global infrastructure. Mapbox processes map/search/static-map requests, search text, coordinates, IP and request/device information in the US and regional CDNs. Kakao, Apple and Google exchange authentication information when you choose the respective social login; Kakao is based in Korea and Apple/Google can process information in the US and other provider locations. Transmission occurs when those features make network requests.
Provider notices explain additional processing, locations, retention and contact details: Microsoft, Firebase, Google, Mapbox, Kakao and Apple. The actual prize courier and any additional disclosure are explained for the particular event when delivery information is submitted.
When creating a course, our server also sends course coordinates and geometry to Google Static Maps to generate a thumbnail, which is stored in Azure. This is separate from Mapbox map display.
Older native versions can send device identifiers, app/OS/bundle information and lifecycle/update events to the Capgo statistics service. This separate telemetry is disabled starting with Android 1.11.0 build 18 and iOS 1.11.0 build 4. Install the latest native version for that change; downloading our Azure OTA files is a separate process. See Capgo's privacy notice.
Camera, microphone, gallery, location and notification permissions support their respective features and can be changed in OS settings. Denial may restrict the feature. Advertising consent choices and iOS tracking permission apply where provided; non-personalized ads still involve some processing. We use encrypted transport, restricted access, encrypted delivery data and audited administrative access. We do not accept registration by children under 14; contact us if you believe related data has been collected.

Substantive processing changes are announced at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days for important changes affecting rights and obligations, consistent with our existing notice practice. Optional video uploads begin only after feature-specific disclosure and the user's explicit choice to publish.
